We're Katie & Steve
We are the happy faces behind Haven Weddings.
We love travelling around capturing love stories, it's an incredibly wholesome job and no matter how many weddings we shoot, they are always so exciting and emotional!
Who are we?
We are photographers, videographers, and all-round creatives, living in the Welsh countryside with two mischievous cats, and travelling all over to capture the emotions, the memories, and the moments you want to remember forever!

Our Story
Steve started capturing weddings back in 2015, and when he met Katie in 2018, it wasn't long until she couldn't resist jumping onboard too!

We've been capturing weddings together for the last five years and we absolutely love that we get to work together to capture wonderful memories for our couples.
Adventures of Katie & Steve
From weekend trips to Pembrokeshire, short breaks to Barcelona, beach walks in Cornwall, and even month long adventures in Australia, New Zealand, and Hawaii, we can't resist a classic Katie and Steve adventure.
Our Wedding Adventure
Our most recent adventure took us to the other side of the world to visit Katie's sister and partner. During a road trip along the Great Ocean Road, Steve got down on one knee and proposed!
Taking the rings to Mordor
During an Engagement Honeymoon in New Zealand, at the base of the Tongariro Alpine Crossing (hike up Mount Doom), Katie surprised Steve with an engagement ring, asking if he would help cast the rings back into the fires of Mount Doom (we love LOTR).
Planning Our Own Wedding
We've been capturing the love stories of couples for many years, and now we're so excited to be planning our own wedding! We'll be sharing our wedding journey on our social media channels, giving tips and advice that we've learnt through many years of living and breathing weddings!
Team Haven
Steve
The one who started it all. Since 2015, Steve has been building Haven Weddings into what it is today. He is passionate about beautiful imagery and cinematic films, and is a sucker for a cheesy romance film.
Katie
Katie is the creative ideas and social media guru, always finding new services to provide and new content ideas for social media. She enjoys cosy crafting, long hikes, and Taylor Swift.
Stu
After spending 3 years working together at University, Stu invited Steve to capture their first wedding together, and the rest is history! Stu is the marketing expert who is never seen without a smile on his face.
Tradition
We remember every wedding we've captured, and to help us document each one, we always take silly self-portraits.
Meet Our Assistants
Callie
Callie is the fluffiest, sleepiest kitten. She likes to watch and observe the world from the highest vantage point she can find. Even though she hates being cuddled, she only initiates cuddles on her terms, often waking us up in the night purring directly in our faces until we give her attention.

Midi
Midi is the cautious adventurer, who will not stop until every stick from the garden is brought into the house. Everyday is a new adventure to climb a new tree to scavenge new sticks. She is very affectionate and loves being cuddled so she can watch the world from a human height.
