We love what we do, and we love the life it allows us to lead. Travelling around capturing love stories is incredibly wholesome and no matter how many weddings we shoot, they almost always make us watery eyed!
Haven
Haven began in 2015 when we shot our first wedding in Lancashire. After the wedding we (Steve & Stu) looked at each other and both said "this doesn't feel like a job...". Since then, we've captured countless weddings and told so many stories through our wedding films. We can't wait to tell so many more!
Steve
The founder, main photographer and editor of Haven Weddings. Lover of the ocean, always up for an adventure, and also growing way too many plants. Steve starting making films well over ten years ago for his University kayaking club, and loved capturing the atmosphere and adventure and editing it all together into a film. Steve has brought his sense of adventure, caring perfectionism, and overall positivity to make Haven Weddings what it is today.
The Team
Haven is made up of much more than just Steve, and without the team, Haven Weddings would not what it is today.
Stu
Steve and Stu spent many days working together on films and productions at University, shooting their first wedding together back in 2015, little did they know what it would transform into years later! Stu lives with his wife Sioned and their adorable cocker spaniel puppy Aria in Wales, and enjoys hiking, sea swimming, and upcycling furniture.
Katie
Steve and Katie met whilst living in Cambridge where they shared a love of adventures, nature, and food, eventually moving their lives over to South Wales to be closer to the ocean, great hikes, and friends. Katie is a keen traveller and planner, and enjoys reading, calligraphy, and keeping Steve supplied with cake for wedding days!
