Some weddings just feel like sunshine, and Amy and Michael’s beautiful wedding day at Woodfarm Everdon was exactly that.

Morning Moments & Meaningful Preparations

Amy and her bridal party began their day getting ready in the gorgeous A-frame room at Woodfarm Everdon. This timber-framed space, flooded with natural light, made for the perfect backdrop for morning prep.

The Most Adorable Aisle Walk

One of the most touching parts of the morning was Amy sharing some fun moments with her son, Oscar, as he practiced walking down the aisle. It was a moment that set the tone for the love-filled day ahead.

Getting Suited & Booted

Meanwhile, Michael and his groomsmen did their own preparations at a nearby hotel, suiting up and sharing drinks and laughs before heading to the venue.

Final Touches

A Ceremony Full of Emotion

As guests began to arrive, the whole venue was buzzing.

When Amy walked down the aisle, emotions were running high. You could feel the love in the room. Their ceremony was heartfelt, intimate, and full of beautiful moments that reminded everyone why they were there, celebrating something truly special.

Celebrations on the Lawn

Walking back down the aisle and out into the sun for a relaxed drinks reception on the front lawn. With wedding mini golf, lawn games, and fizz flowing, guests Amy and Michael relaxed and caught up with their loved ones.

A Couple's Photoshoot for Those Who Don't Like Posing

As always, I spent some time capturing natural, candid photographs of their guests enjoying themselves before stealing away for some golden portraits with Amy & Michael. I always love this part of the day, it’s a chance to step away, let couples breathe, and just be themselves for a moment. Amy and Michael were brilliant, a little nervous at first, but soon laughing and completely in their element. Helping couples relax and enjoy their time together is at the heart of what I do, and these two made it easy.

Dancing Into the Sunset

As the sun began to set, the energy picked up again. Amy & Michael shared their first dance together, followed by a proper celebration as the dancefloor filled and the party continued under the fading summer light.
